  • JT Shults (he/him) is a seasoned project and operations leader with a background spanning global agencies, in-house teams, and creative startups. His work sits at the intersection of structure and storytelling — building systems that empower people, not the other way around.

    Before founding Underline Studio, JT led high-impact programs and transformations for clients like MassMutual, Google, Amazon & The North Face with a reputation for bringing calm to chaos, clarity to teams, and care to every partnership.

    He’s especially passionate about working with queer-led brands, cultural creatives, and organizations in periods of growth or change. When not running the show, you’ll find him walking around NYC with his dog Lady, cooking something batch-friendly, or plotting the next several plant purchases for his apartment.
